Het gebouw balanceert licht en massa, openheid en beslotenheid, zowel binnen als buiten. Een groot atrium van twee verdiepingen hoog verbindt de receptie en flexibele werkruimten op de begane grond met de speciale kantoren op de eerste verdieping. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte is verdeeld over de hele voorgevel, met weidse uitzichten naar buiten. De ritmische, smalle zijopeningen worden gecomplementeerd door dakramen boven het atrium in dezelfde ritmiek, zodat overal daglicht binnenvalt.<\/h6>\n
